2-Bedroom Efficiency Apartment:
Living room with TV/VCR and one queen size sofa bed.
Two bedrooms -- full size bed in each room (bedrooms have
air conditioners). Kitchen is fully equipped (with refrigerator,
stove w/oven, microwave oven, toaster, automatic coffee pot,
dishes, glasses, flatware). One bathroom with shower.
(towels and bedding provided).

Loft Apartment:
Living room area with TV/VCR and one full size futon for two.
A full size bed in bedroom area and a folding bed available for use.
Compact kitchen (with refrigerator, 2 burner stove--no oven,
microwave oven, toaster, automatic coffee pot, dishes, glasses,
flatware). One bathroom with shower (towels and bedding provided).

DEPOSIT for Efficiency Apartment Unit and/or Loft Unit is equal to one
night's stay. Deposit required in advance to confirm reservation and
guarantee dates. Balance of rental amount due upon CHECK-IN on
day of arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposit will not be
refunded if reservation is canceled within 30 days of reservation date
unless we can rebook the unit.
